Shipping policy

We take customer satisfaction very seriously. All our shipments are verified before being sent. However, we cannot guarantee the exact time you may receive your products, as a result of unforeseen circumstances such as weather, holidays or a global pandemic. Furthermore, we cannot be held accountable for any mistakes or errors made by the carrier service providers.

Notice: Changes Affecting Our Shipping Policy. 

PACT ACT Vape Mail Announcement

Starting March 27, the PACT will require online retailers to collect state and local excise taxes on vaping products and require Adult Signature (21+) upon delivery with an I.D. check. This will appear as an additional fee of $7.99 on top of the shipping charge upon checkout. As a result of this, every package will have to be shipped via Priority Mail as this is the only mail option that shipping carrier offers that will allow for an Adult Signature upon delivery. Other compliance requirements include labeling and packaging, record-keeping, and State and Federal registration and reporting.

In addition to these requirements, the major shipping carriers (UPS, FedEx, DHL) soon will no longer be shipping vaping products. 

Restricted Shipping: We are currently unable to ship to military addresses containing APO, FPO or DPO.

 

Order Tracking: 

After placing your order, your tracking number will be sent to the email address specified on your account. 

 

Lost & Undelivered Packages: 

TuePoint Distro is not responsible for lost, undelivered, or misdelivered packages. Any issues regarding packages not received must be resolved directly by the customer with the shipping carrier.

We make every effort to support our customers in the resolution of such matters; however, any shipping discrepancies must be reported to us within 24 hours of the last tracking update.

Please ensure all shipping details are entered accurately at the time of order. Erroneous or incomplete address submissions may result in delays, returns, or failed deliveries. TuePoint Distro is not liable for any costs, delays, or issues caused by inaccurate or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

 

Sales Tax:

We are required to charge sales tax for select states. Tax rates will be calculated at Check Out and will be based on the ship to address information used for the order. In some cases, sales tax may be applied to shipping costs. These regulations are imposed by both state and local governments.
